A draft agenda is attached to this email. As you will see, I would like to have a two-part education section prior to the business meeting. The first part will be where we can bring our favorite gardening tool or supply to show the group. The second part of the education segment will be an overview of a proposed information and communication tool for us.
A section has been added to the agenda for committee reports so any group can have an opportunity to report success or provide opportunities to volunteer.
The major focus of the meeting is perennial swap on Saturday, October 7. Mary will have some information for us to prepare for the day.
